Christine and her husband, Tim, have lived in Frisco since June 2019 after moving here from east central Kansas. They've been married for 23 years and are the proud parents to three amazing kids. Their adult son, Ryan, is beginning his final semester at Emporia State University majoring in Education and plans to teach Biology at the middle or high school level. They also have two girls, Emily, a competitive gymnast and 7th grader at Cobb MS, and Erin, a 5th grader at Fisher Elementary and enthusiastic Frisco Fury youth player who aspires to be a lacrosse goalie "just like Coach Abby."
Christine graduated from University of Central Missouri, spending 3 years majoring in Nursing before changing her major and earning a degree in Social Work. She worked for over 15 years in healthcare and senior care settings in Missouri and Kansas, finishing out her "Midwest career" working for her Church. Since moving to Texas, she worked for Frisco ISD for a semester and now enjoys working at a local medical office. In her free time (you know, when she's not chauffeuring kids), Christine is an avid knitter and usually can be seen knitting on the sidelines during games.
Christine and Erin became involved with Fury soon after moving to Frisco in 2019. Christine volunteered with the 1/ 2 ("Little Scoopers") team both on the field and as Age Group Coordinator, then moved to the 3/4 team as Age Group Coordinator for two years. She has seen how much lacrosse and being a part of this amazing Frisco Fury program has benefitted Erin in so many ways and takes pride in being able to give back to the program that has given them so much.
